Are you talking about using ePrint?
If so ensure there is only one email address in the sender box and nothing in the CC or BCC
You may also want to turn on the filtering system by adding emails to the "allow list" which will give you more detailed information on why the print job did not go through the service

Thanks for the reply, Yes when I send a text from my flip phone to my Eprint printer, it gets blocked and say's
it was stopped because it may contain spam or a virus. Where do I do change the settings you were talking about. Thanks Again

Can you send an email from your computer to the ePrint service?
If so it may be that your phone is not supported. Here is a list of email clients that have been tested:
- Outlook 2003, 2007
- Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail, Gmail
- Apple Mail (iPhone, iPad, Macbook, MacbookPro)
- BlackBerry mail client
- Nokia/Symbian client (Nokia)
You can change your account to locked mode from your ePrint Center. Once you've changed it you just enter your email address on the allow list.
