Hi,

 

 What is the model of the printer you are using to print?! You would have to change the printing preferences to set to print 4x6

When sending a photo by email, there are two general methods.

The photo is embedded in the body of the email or it is sent as an attachment.

If the photo is part of the body of the email is will print on 8.5x11 as the ePrint service does not really see the photo as separate from the body of the email.

Only when the photo is sent as an attachment can the ePrint service instruct the printer to print on 4x6.

 

When the email is opened on your computer if the photo is part of the body you will see the photo.  If it is an attachment it will just appear as a filename.

 

If you are using MS Outlook to send the photo, change the email type from rich text to html can help with this.
