nearly every single day I get an email from:
donotreply@hpeprint.com
subject:
ePrint Job Received
sent to my email on record. This is part of the email I receive:
Thank you for using HP's ePrint service. Your print job has been received and prepared for printing. If you are the account owner for the printer, you can check the status of your print job at http://www.hpeprintcenter.com.
but there is never a print job received, nor one in my status. I'd like to find out why I get that email every day.

Hi Normaswats,
I can say this that you get a confirmation email but when you login to the ePrintcenter.com what do you see under recent jobs.
Does it say Failed or pending.

When I go to the ePrintcenter.com the only recent jobs are ones that I personally did to test the service. Nothing is listed as failed nor pending. There are 2 that are discarded, but that's cuz I didn't add my granddaughter to the allowed sender list. No one outside of my husband and daughters has my eprint email address. Yet nearly daily I get an email saying
Thank you for using HP's ePrint service. Your print job has been received and prepared for printing...etc etc
but there is NOTHING received nor preparing, nor printing. Just daily emails. If you can supply me with an email address, I'll forward you what I get. I got another one this morning ![]()

The only way that i have found to turn off email notification is in the allowed senders area and unchecking the email check box.
I hope this will help stop the emails.
I work for HP but my posts and replies are my own thoughts.

Hi Normaswats,
I hear you sir,
But Are you trying to use ePrint or in other words are you sending email to the printer.
If then the email address for the printer is incorrect.
Therefore, I would request that you to check the email address on ePrintCenter. Below the picture of your printer you will find the email address.
