Why doesn't the Eprint center recognize my email and login info?

I have been getting very frustrated with this log in process - finally last night I was successful in setting up an account but now when I login it doesn't recognize me.  I wrote the infomation down - but even if I didn't there are only 2 basic passwords and logons that I use.      I keep getting The user id already exist - that would b me but again email information isn't recognized.  

I've tried Capital and lower case  - yet nothing

I am at a lost and not sure what to do.  I can't even get to the support center without being able to log in!

What you may want to try doing is actually creating a snapfish account with the same email address, and then using that information to log in to eprintcenter. The two accounts should become linked at the point if all goes well. You may end up having to readd the printer to the account however, which means choosing a different custom email.
