Why won't ePrint recognise my email address

There are only two possible email accounts that have been registered to sign in to ePrintCenter and the commonly used passwords for both accounts are not recognised for either. I tried to register both of the email addresses and I am getting a message saying that they already have accounts. When I click forgotten password, I am asked to supply email address so that passord details can be sent, when I do this, neither of the two possible email addresses are recognised. Help!
