I am also looking for an answer. Those of us have invested alot of money into this unit, I have the CM2320FXI and have no plans to invest in another when this performs so well. there has to be someway to get it to work. HP has to be able to do something.

The product Laserjet CM2320 is a commercial printer. I suggest posting in the forum for HP Business Support for a better chance at finding a solution.
