add a device

I am having trouble getting the ip so I can use it I can't get a reprt it won't go to network setup

Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I understand that you would like to learn how to find the ip address for your printer so you can do a network setup.


To better assist you, would you please provide some further information:


1)       What make/model/product number of HP printer do you have? Guide to finding your product number

2)      What operating system are you using on your computer (Windows 7, Mac 10.8, or Windows 8, etc)?

3)      Have you already installed the full feature driver using a USB cable?

4)      Are you getting any error messages? If so what are they and where are they displayed?
