I try to register and it says my email address is in use. I try to do a password reset and it provides a pop up error saying to use an email address associated with an account. I try using alternate email addresses and I get the same issue. I try using different browsers with no effect. I tried using my FaceBook account and that didn't work either because I'm not registered.
I'm thinking this service needs a little work. If registration is a major barrier to first use, not many people are going to use this service.

Facebook login is no longer supported.
The most likely issue is that you have somehow got a Snapfish account.
To resolve:
1. Go to the sign in area
2. Under the blue sign in button there are several icons - click the far right one (Snapfish)
3. In the box that pops up, click Forgot Password - a new window opens. Enter your email address and click ok
4. Check your personal email - there will be a temperary password. Click the link to change your Snapfish password (make sure to have at least 6 characters with one number OR one special charater)
5. Once you've done that, go back to ePrint Center - click the Snapfish icon and sign in.
Note: I think you'll have to use the Snapfish login box to get into your ePrint Center from now on.....but I'm not positive on that.
