Can you confirm if the update was successful and that there are no more updates?
Follow these steps to update the product firmware and Web Services apps.
Important : The HP product must connect to a wireless network with an active Internet connection to receive updates. However, the product does not need to be connected to a computer.- On the product control panel, touch the button (
) next to the Setup icon (
). The Setup menu displays. - Touch the Right Arrow (
) to select Preference , and then touch OK . - Touch the Right Arrow ( ) to select Product Updates , and then touch OK .
- Select Yes to apply the available update.
NOTE:Check for updates every week to make sure that you are getting the most out of your HP product.
