When I run updates, I am prompted with a "downoad available" mesage to which I accept. I get a "download 1 of 3" message that climbs to 100%, then I receive a "cannot connect to internet" message.
I have achieved the same result with 2 identical printers.
I have tried 3 compleletely separate networks (3 different ISPs) with the same result.
Currently installed web applications work, so I know I'm connected to the internet.
Is the download site having problems?

I'm having the exact same problem. Don't think it is a web site problem. To HP, is this an software update for the printer? i.e. firmware? Can I download these updates via my PC? If HP is not going to address this problem, how can I stop the printer from checking updates?
