Hi bluemaze,

 

The HP Photosmart C309A Printer does not support the ePrint functionality. An alternative to this would be Google Cloud Print which you can read about here : LINK

 

Most of our new Photosmarts do have the ability to ePrint, as well as AirPrint and iPrint! Definitely remember to check those out.

Actually, the C309a works just fine using the HP ePrint Home & Business app for Android....and probably apple crap too!

You are correct the Photosmart c309a does support ePrint. It is also compatiable with Google Cloud Services. Unfortunately it does not support Apple's AirPrint. AirPrint is supported in the newer versions of the Photosmart line.

You can use the HP Home & Biz App to print from your mobile device. Printing with HP ePrint Home & Biz
