Please give us some more details about your problem:

-Printer model?

-Crossword app on your printer or the print widget downloaded to your computer? (Or something else altogether?)

-What did you do and what kind of error are you getting?

Printer is HP Envy 100 D410a, serial #[Personal Information Removed]. The puzzle which will not print is the HP app on the printer screen. What happens is it goes to print and all it prints is a small line thru the center of the page with not puzzle.

Other items from the HP Apps print just fine. I downloaded and installed on my computer the HP print widget and this prints just fine so the issue is the printers abliity to print from it's intrnal app. NO Error message is given.

This is the only issue I've had with this printer in over a year of ownership. It's been over a week and a half now.
