ePrint Keeps Turning Itself Off

I have an Officejet Pro 8100 with a wired connection to my router. Every time I send a document to the printer from my PC (not via ePrint), the ePrint light on the printer turns off and if I press the ePrint button the light just flashes 4 times and it doesn't come back on. I have to turn my printer off and then back on again and press the ePrint button in order for the ePrint light to come back on. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix for this?
