ePrint - Not Connected error

My printer keeps showing up as Not Connected in the ePrintCenter and will not print.  When the printer is rebooted, it seems to clear up, print few docs, then little later go to Not Connected state.  Any ideas?

Re: ePrint - Not Connected error

Having the same issue here.  ePrint worked fine for me the first couple times but now my printer is permanently "Not Connected"  on the ePrint Center website even though web services are enabled and ePrint is turned on.  I tried rebooting the printer with no luck.  Was there a solution for this?

Re: ePrint - Not Connected error

Hi,

I am having the very same issue.

The Web services worked fine at the beginning, as the ePrint function.

Since then, my printer is working just find on my Wifi network but remains "not connected" in the ePrint center, even if the eprint server website received several print requests from the printer itself !

Same problem here.  Wireless prints fine.  Apps show in TouchWindow and worked for a short time as did email, but printer now remains 'Not Connected' in ePrintCenter.  Refresh does nothing. Apps and email no longer print. With others having the same problem I would imagine it is a HP issue.

Re: ePrint - Not Connected error

Same here. Am getting a bit frustrated with the whole thing. The main reason for buying this printer was to print from the iPad, which means using the ePrint function. It is too hit and miss, can't depend on it at all.... With us all having the problem, I think the issue is on perhaps HP's end. If not that, then perhaps we need a firmware update for the printer (i have the D110a)

Re: ePrint - Not Connected error

I did the following and it's starting to work for me again:

Remove web services (Settings->Wireless->Web Services Settings)

Enable web services

This basically re-installs and assigns a new email address.

Will see how long it will work this time....

Re: ePrint - Not Connected error

Hi,

I did nothing but I am connected now...

There is definitely a massive bug with the ePrint app !

Re: ePrint - Not Connected error

The last several days the ePrint servers were having technical difficulties; now they are working properly and all ePrint services are restored.

Re: ePrint - Not Connected error

Same problem, I used the suggestion above, turning off the Wireless>Web Service Setting> Remove Web Service Settings and then Enabling it again.  It did give me a new email and I had to set it up again on the ePrint Center, but it's been working again, hopefully it lasts.
