Yep web site died. Now it says:
Sorry, we're down for maintenance. Try back soon!
I just tested it and you can still ePrint if you previously set it up, but you can't check the status or make changes until they fix the web site.

I'm still able to print with no problems at all.
I'm sorry, but I have to chuckle a bit; it seems everyone went stampeding to the site and knocked it offline; it's a bit funny, but certainly not the end of the world, and not worth getting angry over. There are worse things going on in the world without blowing a gasket over a printer problem! ![]()
Anyway, I'm sure it'll be back online soon enough.

...and we're back.
Sorry, I don't have an explanation for why we were offline. (As you can probably tell, I don't work on the ePrint server... if I did, I frankly wouldn't have the time to be monitoring the support forum at the moment.) Nonetheless, I have been able to use the Print Apps and the ePrint service without issue. I did NOT have to re-register for Web Services in order to use ePrint again.

Those of you who've been having difficulties, please try ePrint, Print Apps, and ePrintCenter connectivity again now....the ePrintCenter maintenance message has been cleared and I believe you may find overall improved results.
If you have difficulties, you can try the actions below in order (e.g., try #1 and if you continue to have difficultles, try #2, etc.) :
1. Turn Wifi off and then on again
2. Power cycle your printer
3. Remove and then re-enable web services (this will result in your printer getting a new email address)
Thanks for your input on this.

For me only #3 fixed it. Also I'm using a wired (not wireless) connection.

Had the sames issues as everyone else so I've been watching this thread. Removing and then re-enabling the web services got me connected again but my printer email address changed. I'm hoping it stays connected this time.

BTW I'm wired, not wireless. HP Photosmart Premium C410 and I also downloaded new printer firmware.

Re: new email address - Yes, that's expected - I've added a comment to my post to note that, thanks for mentioning it.
