ePrint Problem with PDF format

I recently purchased a HP6600 web printer and am having issues printing PDF documents via ePrint.  Word and JPEG files print with no problems.  Any suggestions?

Re: ePrint Problem with PDF format

Hi Yukon-PER,

What type of specific issues are you having? Have you tried different PDFs? If not, you might try something smaller in size to see if the print goes through for you. It might be something within that particular PDF that its having an issue with or the file may be too large.

Re: different Problem with PDF format

I don't trust PDF export in software. I use a pdf printer application (BullZip is the one I use) to print to a pdf and then send the resulting pdf as an email.

Re: different Problem with PDF format

Took the same file, converted it with BullZip and had no issues emailing the document to the printer.

Thanks
