HP 5510 brand new + Mac OSX 10.5. By ePrint it doesn't print Word attachments, but it works right with image and pdf attachments. I tried with old Word files and new ones, made and saved at the moment, but nothing. It anyway regularly prints the cover message.

Hi icorry56,
Have you tried creating a new Word file with text only to see if that will print? What is the status of the job as displayed on ePrintCenter.com? Are there any electronic signatures or macros in any of the failed documents? What is the file size?

Thanks for your answer. I don't know why, but it started working, even though the process was exactly the same I tried when it didn't work. No macros nor e-signatures were in the previous documents and the size was small, some of them were made on purpose. Who knows? These things happen, anyway now it works. Thanks again from Milan.

You're welcome. Well, there is also the possibility that maintenance was being performed on the portion of the system that renders Word files since it just started working with nothing different on your end, and the documents met the ePrint requirements.
