ePrint doesn't print pdf attachments

HP ENVY 110 e-All-in-One series - D411

Windows 7, or iPhone or iPad, etc .

No error - the print jobs just show "failed" in the HP ePrint Center

 

Plan text emails print but emails with PDF attachments show failed and do not print.

The PDF file is only 75kb so the size is not the issue.

 

There is no issue with my network as paln text emails are printing.

 

Has anyone had this issue. It worked about 2 weeks ago and nothing has chnaged on my newtork or system.

Hello dalefinn1973,

 

The only thing I can think of trying, if you have not yet, is to power cycle (turn off and back on) the printer.  If that does not work, let me know and I will see if there is anything else that can be done.
