An account with eprintcenter.com cannot be created because my email address is already associated with an account. However, the password cannot be retrieved because the email entered is not associated with an account.
Can I expect any service or benefit from this company?

I also encountered this problem. I had an email account with Snapfish. I signed in to Snapfish and changed my email address to an old email I have but rarely use. That opened the option to use my current email to create an account on eprint.com.
