Re: eprint capability

But that's the app I already had installed. Can anyone confirm that eprint and my hp j4680 are still compatible?

Re: eprint capability

My Photosmart C4750 is supposed to allow ePrinting from the iPad (the model number is listed as being supported). It seems from the app that I need the email address for the printer in order to complete setup. Please let me know where I can find this email address.

Thanks.

Re: eprint capability

Thank you Roberto. It's not in that list, so I should suppose it's not compatible. The thing is that I had Hp iprint app in the ipad and wireless printing worked. Now with Hp Eprint, it doesn't. Is it possible they cut on the list of printers compatible?. Can I reinstall Iprint?

I resist to believe this.

Re: eprint capability

Hi Jmbm;

Hope you are having a great day and you are doing well

The app that you mention (HP Iprint) and HP eprint are different things they use different technologies sorry to say  if  your printer is not on the list more than likely is not compatible with HP ePrint

Hope it answers your question.

Best of Luck;

RobertoR
