eprint center log in problems

I have just installed a new 6510 photosmart printer, eprint center will not log me in tells me to log in and does not rememeber my password clicked forgotpassword and it says use account email, and will not recognize my email

If you are still having trouble with this you can go to www.snapfish.com and reset your password by clicking on sign in and then forgot password. Snap fish has been combined with the ePrintcenter website so this is why you are having sign in trouble. You more than likely had an account maybe from a long time ago with snap fish and now it shows you in the system.


Once you change your password through snap fish you should be able to sign in on the ePrint center website.
