eprint does not recognize my work email address. works fine with my home email address

I am new to eprint.  Set up my printer last night.  Works fine with my home computer.  I used limited email address access.

I input my work email correctly, but I get a rejection when I tried to print from my work laptop.

Is there a way I can see the email afddress that eprint is seeing.  With that information, I can probably fix

Hi MikeinFL,

Are you saying that when you try to ePrint from your work email address it is not going through? 

If this is the case, ePrint only works with certain email clients. This may be why you are getting the failure.

thanks for this response.  I use MS Outlook both at home and at work.  I am wondering if there is a way I can see what HP thinks it is getting as my work email address? maybe they see an alias or another way to express my email address ... thanks for your help

What is your @ extension at work? This is what I am referring to. You might need to try a Gmail or Hotmail account instead.

 That is what I had suspected. Unfortunatley ePrint only works with certain emails such as Gmail, Hotmail etc.. others like your @harris.com will be digarded as spam.
