eprint not sending prints to printer saying printer is busy and its not hp photosmart 5510

i have sent a number of prints to eprint and they are showing that they are pending due to my printer being busy but my printer is not busy and it has no jobs pending on my printer

Hi maca34,

 

I would try turning the printer off and back on to reestablish connection with the ePrint servers.  Also, does the status on ePrintCenter say "Connected" and "Ready?"

Although I work for HP, my posts and replies are my own opinion and not those of HP.

I don't have a solution - let me say that up front. I am seeing, though, similar issues and I am now trying to figure out a related issue with my "wireless" eprint printer. I hate wastiing time on software that is buggy and not tested, as this appears to be the case with HP - these printers are not ready for prime time.
