There has to be a better way to manage eprint functions. I work for HP so I understand things can be a pain, but the consumer side should work a whole lot better than this.
My eprint stopped working. I tried to log in and Passport tells me my password is incorrect. So, I printed out the registration sheet from the printer... Registration tells me an account with my email address already exists and I can not register my printer. Makes sense since it is already registered in the system....
I used the Forgot Password option.... nothing.... then a day later I get a link to resent my password (what is up with that? this should be instantaneous). I jump through the hoops and still, my password is not recognized.
This does not seem ready for public use yet.....

Hello MLPJLK,
Hear are some steps you should try if you are experiencing issues with logging into your account on http://www.eprintcenter.com:
- On the ePC login page, there is the blue snapfish icon. This brings up a snapfish login form.
- If you do not remember your snapfish password, go to snapfish.com and use the snapfish “forgot your password?” tool.
- Once loggen in to ePC using the snapfish login, you should now have an “HP Web Services” type account, can use the normal login form without hitting the snapfish button.
If this does not work then try these steps:
- Go to www.snapfish.com
- Select sign up in the upper right hand corner.
- Complete the registration for a Snapfish account.
- Once the account is created, go to www.eprintcenter.com.
- Click on Sign In.
- Click on the snapfish logo at the bottom to use the snapfish account that was just created.
- Enter the e-mail and password used at www.snapfish.com.
- Then click sign in.
- Click continue on this pop-up.
Everything should be the same from here and you should be able to use the normal e-mail and password from this point forward.
You can reply to this post if you are still having issues and I will try and find an answer for you.
Although I work for HP, my posts and replies are my own opinion and not those of HP.

Hi
Im also unable to login on eprint, I have a Snapfish account, but still gets an error upon login; "Oops! Something just went wrong on our server! We've logged the problem and will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience."
Have tried to reset password for snapfish, and tried 2 different email-addresses.
What to do?

Hello,
If you account is still not working after trying to reset the password using ePrintCenter and Snapfish then the only other option at this point is to call the technical support team and ask for Cloud Services so your account can be reset and able to be used again to register.
The technical support number is 1-800-474-6836 (1-800-HPINVEN).
Hope this helps.

I have tried everything. When I log in anwhere else in the HP world including Snapfish I log in just fine but when I try to sign in on the eprint site it comes up Invalid Login. I have read all the solutions and tried them all to no avail. It seems as though HP would not "roll out" a product with such flawed basics as the Login!!
I also bought this printer because of the eprint features.
HELP!!

UPDATE: I reached the "Cloud Services" people and they were very helpful. *Not all the tech support people recognize the department name--so I just kept calling the different tech support numbers until someone successfully transferred me.
What I was told is that it's a known problem between snapfish and the eprintcenter. So the support guy helped by consolidating the two, logging in for me and helping reset the password. It works now--but for me, only in safari, and only on the mac.
________
When I try to login to eprint, directly or through snapfish, I get the following message:
Ajax submit failed: error = 403, Forbidden
If I try to login through facebook, google or other icons, I get a "operation aborted" message.
I've tried making a new account with a different email address, but when I hit submit, I get the javascript 403 error again.
I've tried the "forgot my password" link, but it doesn't recognize any entry in the box (keeps asking me to enter my email address, when I already have).
I've tried on mac and windows, and using firefox and safari.
