eprintcenter login issue

Add me to list of those that cannot log in to eprintcenter with email address.  System doesn't recognize email address when I click on forgot password.  But if I try to (re)register, it says that email address already known by eprintcenter.  Please help me get logged in.

Could be you might logged in the first by using an OpenID, Google, or any other account type login? (Located at the bottom left part of the login page)

If so, make sure to try using the same login type in order to access the epc.

What if you have an email address associated with an account on the HP website. This is the first time I am trying to sign up with eprintcenter.com and I am receiving this error.
