Im trying for 3 weeks to login at eprincenter, but every time there is a problem with the server.
When is this solved?

There should not be a problem with the website as far as i know. you may want to try a different browser such as Firefox, Chrome. Let me know if this works.

I've just tried agian with Internet explorer, google chrome and firefox.
Always the same message:
Something went wrong on our server. We have logged the problem and will resolve it as quickly as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I just follow your link through chrome and was able to login no problem, hmm this is the first time i have heard of someone having an issues for that long. Do you have a different computer to try to log in to, trying to determine if its an issue with your computer or your login, please reply back if you can or cant login from a deterrent device.

I have tried using 3 computers and I can not to login. At the weekend I try to look through the computer of our friends.

I have same problem when attempting to use the "forgot password" link.
after clicking the link states enter a vlaid email address box, then just cycles in a loop with "enter a valid email address"
Q: HP support, Does the forgot password link work HP? browser used is Firefox, latest version.
