Hi sid413 sorry to learn that you are having this issue, I hope you are having a great day otherwise.
Please try this 2 steps;
1. Use another browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, firefox, safari, Opera). as this AJAX error means that the server received and accepted your request but did not allow you to connect, that could mean several things that may be solve with a different browser not in all the time unfortunately.
2. if this is a acceptable choice you can, Sign-in with an alternative account (Shapfish form HP, google account, Facebook). If you do not have an account with one of the ones mention create one and follow this to sign-in with the new account. https://h30495.www3.hp.com/help#eprint
I hear here (other members of the community) that there is an issue that engineer are working on diligently that may be affecting this process. At the same time I know that other members have some success using this steps aforementioned.
