forgotten password

I just purchased a HP printer and woud like to open a ePrintCenter account.  When I put my information in the online form it came back saying there was already andy account with that e-mail address.  It won't allow me to use the forgotten password function.  It just keeps asking me to enter the email address for teh account.  When I do it asks me to enter the email address for the account.  Can anyone help me find a point of contact for HP?   Thanks..

are you trying to register your printer ?? if so, then why not enter or create a new email address !!

that email address you're trying to use could probably be registered to another HP product you bought before that printer.

Me 2. I experience the same problem.

I also try to login with my existing Snapfish account, but also not possible...

Why should I register at eprintcenter as a "new user" with a "new email adress" as one says ???
