You can change your ePrint email by logging into your ePrintCenter.com account. Once you log in, you should see the email address of you printer displayed under it's picture. Next to the email address is a button that will say change email. If you need any more help, let me know.

When HP pinter was purchased and up until last week, my email address was with comcast [Personal Information Removed]
I have now switched to [Personal Information Removed] and I find that all scans and faxes are going out thru Comcast which holds them in limbo with no way to forward them.

You will need to go through the process of setting up scan to email and fax forwarding to change the email they are sent to. I'm not sure why the faxes are going to the email address though. They should only be able to be sent to a network folder, and then only if the printer is connected to a network. To change the scan to email settings you will need some information from your service provider. You can find the instructions and the what is required by following the link below.
For the fax forwarding/digital fax, follow the steps in the document linked below to update the email the faxes are sent to.

So, after 3 days of trying to use my Hp printer, you're telling me that you cannot help me. There is no phone number nor any support place for me to go so wht do I do, get a new printer because I changed my email address.
