how can i reset my email and password

{Personal Information Removed} i am trying to setup eprint for hp 8600 pro and it states the wrong email addres or password. i have tryed all the passwwords that i could register and none work.So i ased for the forgotten password and it staes that the email is wrong.so tryed to create a new entryfor eprint and it stated that the email still exists. could you remove email address so i can start fresh

Hello Bbirch1,
I see that we are trying to setup ePrint for the HP 8600 Pro on ePrintCenter and...
1. No matter which passwords were used, ePrintCenter states invalid email or password.
2. Using the forgot password states enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Creating a new ePrintCenter account states your email already exists.
I understand the frustration. This can happen sometimes when the same email address is used for two or more associated services. I wanted to provide you with useful information that should resolve your issue.
A. Click the following link and you will be taken to ePrintCenter.
B. If you have a Google, Facebook, Yahoo, AOL, OpenID, or Snapfish account, click the corresponding sign in icon below the blue Sign in button and sign in with the account from that service.
Continue on to the next step if you are still unable to sign in.
A. Click on the following link and you will be taken to Snapfish.

B. Sign into snapfish with the same email address you are trying to use on ePrintCenter. The forgot password should work on Snapfish if you need a reset password link sent to your email.
C. Click Account, located towards the top right of the page after signing in, then click Edit your name or email under Personal information.
D. Change the email address to a different email address, scroll down, and click the yellow update info button.
E. Create the ePrintCenter account.
If you are still having troubles, please see the following
A. Contact Snapfish by using the information provided in the following link and ask Snapfish to change the email address or, if it ok to delete the account and make a new one later, delete the Snapfish account.

Wanted to add here that you can go to http://www.Snapfish.com and reset the password then use the same email address and new password to log into http://www.ePrintCenter.com too.
