how do I get rid of snapfish? I can't access eprint without linking snapfish and there is no choice. (150 Views)

Hi,

You should be able to access the ePrint Center with the same login details via the standard logon.

 

In case you do not remember the logon password, go to http://www.snapfish.com and click Sign In.

Click Forgot my password and complete the steps to reset the password.

Try logging in to Snapfish using the updated logon details, then use the same details to access the HP ePrint Center.

Hello,

 

I have the same problem, but in addition my snapfish login is managed my Virginmedia and it won't let me put int he password I normaly use for it. It says it is invalid. No matter that I reset it already.

 

I don't really want to merge my two accounts thankt you very much. What do I do I only wanted to find out what email address was on my printer when abroad to print some pictures of our son for my husband.

 

Please help.
