Re: how do I set up a different email address for HPePrint

Hey Rlopez71,

To setup a different email for ePrint follow these steps.

1. Log into your ePrint Center account.

2. Click on the CHANGE button after the printer's email address.

3. Enter a new email address(note: email address will always end in @hpeprint.com).

4. Click check.

5. Click save.

I hope this helps.

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.

Re: how do I set up a different email address for HPePrint

What if you have multiple printers and assigned the wrong email address to one and want to reassign that email address to a different printer within your account?  Somehow I need to get the email address created for one of my printers deleted and add it to my other printer.  Any suggestions for that?

@poloacuna

At this time you cannot reassign printer email addresses.  Also, keep in mind If you delete a printer email address then you will not be able to use that same email address again for six months.

I can wait six months.  Thanks for providing that helpful bit of information.
