how do i STOP these EPPICURIOUS RECIPES from auto-printing EVERYDAY??? plzzzz help, i can't stop em!

how do i stop these eppicurious recipes from automatically printing everyday? i was messing with the apps on my new hp printer/fax machine and i clicked on the eppicurious app and now i'm getting these daily recipes sent to me and cannot figure out for the life of me how to get them to stop....can anyone help???

You will have to log in to your eprintcenter account, then below the printer it will show your current apps. Apps withscheduled deliver will have a setup option. Click on this and go to update settings, and then cancel scheduled delivery at the bottom.

i don't have an eprintcenter account...i was just messing around with my dad's new printer

He must have an account of his own set up then. See if he has that info available for you to log in. Or create an acocunt now if it wasnt done yet, then adjust the settings from there.

You don't have to have an eprintcenter.com account to subscribe.

You can subscribe on the front panel of the printer.

To unsubscribe (Pause) on the front panel of the printer:
1. Press Apps.

2. Find the app you want to stop and press it. (You may need to scroll to the right to find it.)

3. Press Pause, then OK.

4. Use the Home button (looks like a house) to return to the home screen

Repeat for each app you want to stop.

(If you get an "unable to connect to server" message when you press the app, try turning off your printer, unplug your printer, wait 20 seconds, plug it in, turn it on, wait 5 minutes, then try the steps above again.)

i don't think you can do it from the printer itself. i was getting a message on it that says something to the effect of: go to www.hp......whatever the website was to change settings or to cancel the automatic delivery settings. i'm not near the printer at the moment to tell u exactly what the message was, and now for some reason my grandfather is having trouble with it connecting online so at the moment it's not even working. this printer/fax has given him nothing but problems since he's gotten it. i can't believe what a waste of money this thing was.

I'm sorry that you are still having problems with unsubscribing.

It CAN be done both on the printer or at eprintcenter.com.  (I work at HP and I help people every day with this situation.)

If you got a connection error on the printer, did you try what I suggested about power cycling? (See my message, third from last sentence in parentheses.)

You can also see an additional solution here: www.hp.com/go/manageprint  Click on "Disable/Enable Web Services on your printer." (Only use it if you do not have an eprintcenter.com account.)
