how do i enable eprint on my hp officejet pro 8100

I thought that my printer was enabled since it has been registered on eprintcenter.com. but when i do print something from my mobile device it acts like it  has been printed in my e-mail, but on ePrintcenter.com it says under "recent jobs" in red that "ePrint is disabled for this printer." And over on the left side is says that ePrint is off for this printer.  i'm so confused - I thought since it was registered on the web site that it should work. And every time i press the ePrint button on the acutal printer is spits out a registration code. HELP!!! I just want it to be enabled!!! Thanks!!!!!

The email you get from HP ePrint is only a verficiation of receipt - not that it printed.

If you have your account set up to only accept certain emails, you will get more info in those emails from HP ePrint.

 

If the printer is printing out a code, it means your printer is no longer linked to your ePrint account. 

Go to www.eprint.com and use that code to Add another printer and it should work fine.
