ajgjj; Hope you are dong well and welcome to the HP forum;

 

Are you still having this issue? If you are I will do my best to assist you.

 

Follow this  article and and let me know if you still having this issue.  GO HERE

 

This a good step to take as well

 

Please refer to Step Six of the following article to setup a static IP Address on the printer.

Printer Does not Maintain Connection if  asked to enter the First and Second DNS try using the following two IP's.

8.8.8.8  and the 2nd enter 8.8.4.4

 

 

If you are not having this issue anymore take the time to let me know and if you find a solution to your problem let me know as well. if you are still experiencing this or any other issue I will do my best to help you.
