I just purchase the HP Office Jet 8600 Plus and i saw on the hpeprint website that we can have 20 free monthly faxes.  I couldn't find the APP for the printer.

 

On the efax website it offers you to join and pay on a monthly basis.  I was looking to use the monthly allowance of the 20 free faxes.  Any help to start this up will be appreciated!

Hi,

The eFax setvice provided for specific HP models only.

The service not provided by any model equipped with analog fax capabilities, therefore the same applies for the OfficeJet 8600 Plus.

 

Below you may find which HP devices currently support the eFax feature:

I have a HP Deskjet 3520, it supports efax.

So its just a very simple question:

 

How the fudge do you actually get theese mysterius free efaxes? All i can find on the web is either a referance to this thread, or information about what efax is, not how to set it up.

I contacted efax support and they said i have to talk you guys.

 

 

PS. AAARRRGGGHHH. Could someone please have a look at your support pages? They are really NOT user-friendly.

@wjsnorway- Are you referring to ePrint or eFax? The printer that you are listing in the above is not one known to have eFax. The ones listed in that above link are the ones that currently have eFax. The only update to that list would be to add the Photosmart 6520, and that printer supports eFax through the software that ones installs to the printer.
