It varies slightly from printer to printer but basically when you enable Web Services on your printer it will print out a "Printer Code". Go to www.eprint.com and create an account. Add printer and enter your "Printer Code" then you can either use the "cryptic" generic email it provides you (lkejDEkee8338@hpeprint.com) or you can select something more appealing to you, based on availability (email@example.com).
