i don't see any apps either on printer panel or on web when signing in. What's wrong?

HPPhotosmart 5510, connected to a MacPro. Other than regular software updates no changes made. Printer is active and works wtih wifi well. Only problem I can see doesn't list the apps.

Just a couple of questions to get some clarification.  When you try to access the apps on your printer, does any error message come up?  Does your printer show connected and ready when you log into ePrintCenter?

No error message. Printer shows connected as it appears on the top of the page.

I don't know if the last suggestion I made has worked or not but you could try both (removing and enabling Web Services and Restore Factory Defaults) as they are relatively easy to do from the printer's front panel.

This is a link to a bigger list of actions for more general ePrint/Apps Connectivity troubleshooting although it doesn't specifically call out the problem you're having.
