Hi,
- I can not see AirPrint Enables mentioned in its specs
- And I can not see it is the list of supported printers (scroll down for HP printers)
That why you can not print from iPad

Actually the printer do listed as Airprint compatible...
Enable the Web Services and check for any available firmware update.
If you cannot see any improvement, try following the document below:
