i tried to define my officejet 6500a wireless in the ipad 2 hp eprint app

But it kept asking me for the printer's email which I could not find or alternative to operate the HP ePrint app on the printer - which does not exist.

 

Any ideas?

Hi Liran,

 

What is the exact printer model, Is it Officejet 6500 Wireless (E709n) or the 6500A Plus (E710n) model?

 

The HP ePrint home & biz does not ask for the printer's ePrint address, you should provide your personal email address.

Then you should get an email with the confirmation code. provide this code into the next screen of teh app and it will be activated.
