What is going on? Am I the only one? I just downloaded OS 4.2.1 and while my Mac can print wirelessly, the iPad cannot.

Try 802.11g and not wireless-n 802.11n.
I spent a week tearing my hair out on this one. My C310a worked great wirelessly on my Win7 netbook, and perfectly on my iMac with USB.
However, airprint was very flakey on my iPad and iPhone. The printer would appear and disappear at random. Also, when I went to print something, nothing would print and the printer would disappear until I reset bonjour on the printer.
Equally, when I tried to print wirelessly from my iMac, the printer would sometimes print, but mostly just go into paused mode.
I have a wireless extender on my network, with a different ssid. This is 11g only. When I connected to this, everything started to work fine...

After more investigation, I found my issue to be multicasting on my router.
I turned this off and everything now works fine.

Nice find, disabled muticast streams on my dir-655 and now my iphone 3gs finds the printer.
Will check if i can find it after the printer and iphone goes to sleep mode.
If this does not work see that you have Wlan partition - disabled, this option prevents wireless adapter from talking to each other.

The 1525 requires a firmware update. Did you do that?

I have a linksys WRT610N router and searching the net there seems to be an issue with Bonjour (iPrint) and multicast enabling. I went into my router configuration Security, Firewall, and checked the box Filter Multicast, and that is supposed to work although I have been unsuccessful myself so far.
I am temporarily able to get the printer to be recognized by HP Home&Biz (ePrint) disabling then enabling WMM support, e.g. on my WRT610N go to Applications & Gaming, QoS, Wireless: WMM Support. But I still can't get it to print. Argh.
