I have a HP Officejet 8500A Plus 910g, which is supported, but I cannot get my iPhone to recognize the printer with the iPrint app. I am unsure of my settings on my phone. I can get email on my 3G iPhone so I know that is good, but my iPhone settings say I am "not connected" to WiFi. How can I get my email and send texts, if WiFi is not connected? I think my settings are just wrong, but not sure what to do. Bluetooth is disabled. Any suggestions to get my iPhone to show a printer? Thanks and Lord bless.![]()

I cannot get my iPhone to recognize the printer. It just says "no printers available." Can you help me? What are your settings on your phone? I have a feeling that may be my problem. I am able to get email and messages, but my settings say that WiFi is "not connected." Is that the problem? Any suggestions would be so appreciated. Blessings,

I get the same problem , my iphone 4 with the app HP Iprint, doesnt always pick up theres a printer, I keep searching for it, then after 5 or 10 mins it picks it up. Which to me is not good because u maybe in a rush sometimes. Also if I want to email the picture to my printer from my iphone 4 it does the same thing (cant pick up the printer). Any sugestions from anyone that will be greatful. Also its slow printing from my computer to the printer as well.

Hi All,
If the AirPrint feature on iPhone/iPod/iPad does not detect the printers which are ePrint enabled:
First make sure you are able to print, scan and use other features on your wireless/wired network.
If everything is working fine, search for the printer on your device and wait till it says "No Printers found".
If detected, select the printer and proceed with the printing.
Else uncheck the option "Enabled Multicast Streams" in router's EWS page.
