I am trying to determine if eprint service is not working due to HP doing some maintenance work on eprint mail servers or something i have wrong.
I get response back that my mail was recieved but nothing happens. I created new eprint mail account and same thing.
Is there a place to check when HP is performing maintenance on servers?

Hi I hope you are doing well,
If you still having this issue,
Can you please erase all cookies and history from your browser(s) and try again.
Do this several times at different times, Let me know if that does not work and still having the issue after you tried several times (May take up to 24 hrs).
