mail delivery failer Command rejected 550 5.7.1

Product: Officejet 6500A

OS: Windows XP

First time installation

 

All indications show that the printer connected to ePrintCenter, but still I get an mail delivery failer Command rejected 550 5.7.1

I tried everything that appears on the forum.

same by me ... no EPRINT is working
