deskjet 3050a will not print red tried cleaning heads four times ink level is ok and using hp ink

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!

 

I see that you are unable to print red with your Deskjet 3050a, you have ran the printhead cleans several times, but it does not help. Try using the manual clean steps from this guide: 'Incompatible Print Cartridge' or 'Print Cartridge Problem' Message Displays on the Computer or Prin..., Solution three.
