mobile print

printing from mobile phone will not print.  says it is spam or virus.  how do i fix it.

Hi, can you provide the details of the phone you are using, the operating system it is running (iOS/Android etc), the printer model you are attempting to print to and finally the mobile print solution you are attempting to use (AirPrint/ePrint Home & Biz app etc)?
