I would try power cycling the printer by simply unplugging and repluging it back in, if that dosent working trying dis-connecting and reconnecting to your network.. let me know if you have any questions

Every time I try to print this printer is offline and it's very frustrating. I have to power cycle (sometimes several times) to print my docs. I ran the diagnostic tool and no surprise it could not detect my printer...beause it's offline. What is the HP fix for this? There has got to be one.

Hi 9-8-30, which model of HP printer do you have? Which operating system do you have Windows or Mac? Which version? If it is not connecting to the network, has it ever been installed wirelessly? Has it ever worked?
