photosmart 6510 won't print attachments sent via e-mail..

I get the following error message when sending e-mails with attachments to my photoprinter - Photosmart 6510 (b211e):

The print job was cancelled because the print job could not be printed at this time due to an issue with the service. Please try again later.

In-line text prints perfectly... no luck with attachments (PDF, jpg and Word doc).

Hi bidyabijay; Welcome to the HP forums;

this can be cause by several reasons that can cause this issue to from the size of the attachment ()must be 5mb's to the amount of there of (10 attachments); 

Bear in mind  there is a 5 MB limit to the email and a 5MB limit to each attachment. HP ePrint supports a maximum of 10 attachments to a single email. Emails that exceed these limits will not print.

Also there are limitations to the type of email attachements you can print Although I notice that the ones that that you mention are inlcuded in the formats that should be able to print.

I wanted to provided this information for your reference in the future and for other user that may read this post. this are the supported types;

• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Microsoft Excel*
• Text files (.txt)
• PDF
• HTML
• Images (bmp, jpg, png, gif, tiff)

This article will provide troubleshooting steps for most of them and should help you to fix this issue.

ePrint Job Did Not Print
