printer HP laserjet 5200

I'm using printer HP laserjet 5200. But seem that it not remember the selected tray (A4).
If i want to print i have to choose the tray again at printer (choose A4 size)
If i turn off & plug out about 5minutes & turn on again it can fix problem & can print. Just 5 minutes later it get problem again.
Pls help me how to solve the problem.

The product you have seems to be a commercial printer. For the best chance at finding a solution I would suggest posting in the forum for HP Business Support!

I'm trying to connect a 2012 iMac to a two-year-old HP LaserJet 5200 (non-network series), and my iMac will not read or register that the HP LJ5200 is on the network. So I'm trying to manually connect to the printer using its IP address... but I can't find the IP address.
It's supposed to be listed on the printer's embedded printout 'configuration page', but it's not.
Where can I find this printer's IP address?
Also, the office lost the printer's original box and the CD it came with.

Usually you can find the IP address within the network settings of the control panel, or print a network diagnostic report.
I'd still post this on the commercial boards that I linked in my previous post, however.
