remember password option doen't work

Trying to get an new password does not work. It keeps telling my to choose the email adress which belongs to my account. When i try to register as new user it says the emailadress is not available. Course i knew that because i already have an account with this email adress. What to do???

Hey dutchboolean!

 

If I understand you correctly, you can't login to eprintcenter.com because it isn't accepting your password but when you try to use the forgot password link it doesn't work. If that's correct, send me a private message and I will escalate this up.
